possible to just reset target board?

Edwin Olson
Howdy,

Is it possible to command avrdude, talking to an AVRISPv2, to bring
/RESET low and back high? It would be quite helpful for debugging and
testing purposes to be able to do a hardware reset in a hands-off manner!

Thanks,

-Ed
